What is The AFK Corner?
The AFK Corner is a community of Adopt Me players who host free, open servers so anyone can sit down, go AFK, and let their pets earn XP together. Every server on the Grind Servers page is run by a real host from this community — pick one, join in, and start grinding.

How to Join a Mega Grind Server
5 simple steps to get started.

Find an Open Server
Head to the Grind Servers page and look for a server showing a green Open or Spots Available badge.

Click Join Server
Click the Join Server button on the card. You'll be taken directly to the host's Roblox server.

Travel to the Grind House
The grind house is always on the main plot near the Hospital and Nursery. Head there and find a seat.

Accept the Family Invite
Accept the family invite from an active grinder. Make sure your Adopt Me family settings are set to Everyone.

Find an Available Seat Before Going AFK
If you plan to go AFK, please make sure a seat is available first. Do not AFK in unauthorized areas, as this may result in you being kicked from the server. If no seat is available, try another server or continue grinding until a seat becomes available.

Pro Tips

  • Make sure your Adopt Me family permissions are set to Everyone
  • Follow host instructions for the smoothest experience
  • Grab healing apples before you start — they are near the hospital!

Common Mistakes

  • Trying to trade inside grind servers — this is not allowed
  • Not joining the host's family before trying to grind
  • Standing or hiding instead of sitting in a proper seat

NO TRADING AT ALL IN GRIND SERVERS
No trading at all in grind servers

No AFK babies — actively playing is okay, but AFK babies are not allowed

EVERYONE MUST BE IN ONE FAMILY
Everyone must be in ONE family — do not create multiple families

NO ORANGE TASKS
No orange tasks — short breaks for Pet Shop/Golden Apples are okay

AFK = SEATED ONLY
AFK = seated only — standing AFK is not allowed

MOBILE USERS
Mobile users: change your name to AFK and make sure you are following server rules on where you are allowed to AFK

GRIND HOUSE IS ALWAYS ON THE MAIN PLOT NEAR THE HOSPITAL & NURSERY

Before You Apply
Hosting requires reliable availability and a stable internet connection. If you typically experience poor Wi-Fi, frequent connection issues, or have limited availability, this may not be the right position for you. We rely on our Hosts to keep servers running consistently and provide a reliable grinding experience for our community.
Host Requirements
Grind House Needs
  • Minimum 70 Beds
  • Minimum 70 Baths
  • 30–70 Pianos
  • 30–70 Litter Boxes
  • 30–70 Food + Water Bowls
  • Food and Water items (ex. Mac n' Cheese and Coffee)
  • Large Treadmills/conveyor belts (Walk/Ride task)
  • 21–23 seats for AFK members located near the grinding area
  • Clearly visible signs displaying server rules in both English and Russian
Bonus Points
  • CCBD Cookie Jar
  • Cute, creative, and welcoming house designs!
Do Not
  • Add obstacles that may separate players or hide players
  • Add inappropriate/unnecessary junk/eyesores
  • Add too many accessories that may cause unnecessary lag (includes mannequins, and pet/accessory display stands)
  • Separate tasks in different areas of the home — all varieties of tasks should be accessible at grinding stations

Joining & Servers
Be sure to check whether another AFK Corner server has spots available and join that one instead. If no other server has room, you'll need to wait in the queue. Staff actively monitor demand and work to request additional hosts as needed — we appreciate your patience and support.
Our Mega Grind Servers are hosted through Roblox Private Servers. You can find our active servers here on our website, on our Discord, or on our Roblox community. Anyone can join through the provided links as long as their Roblox privacy settings are configured correctly.
Go to: Settings → Privacy & Content Restrictions → Visibility & Private Servers → Private Servers. Then set this option to: Everyone.
If your Roblox account is age-restricted, Roblox may prevent you from joining private servers. If needed, we recommend asking a parent or guardian for help adjusting your Roblox settings.
If your settings are already enabled and you're still unable to join, unfortunately there is nothing we can change from our end. Roblox controls access to private servers, so we are unable to manually bypass these restrictions. You can, however, request to be added by a host.
Try the following: press and hold the Join button on our website, then select Open in Roblox. If that option isn't available on your device, try copying and pasting the private server link into a new browser tab instead. This can resolve Error 524 for some players depending on their device or browser.
Grinding
Trading is not permitted in grind servers to keep sessions fair and focused. Our servers are designed purely for grinding bucks and aging pets. Looking for a place to trade? Our Haunt Hub servers allow trading while you wait for the Hauntlet to start.
An active grinder already in the server can send you a family invite. Make sure your Adopt Me family settings are set to Everyone (not Friends Only) so you're able to receive it.
The grind house is always on the main plot near the Hospital and Nursery. Look for the house with players sitting inside.
We recommend using an autoclicker to prevent Roblox from disconnecting you while you're AFK. For a complete walkthrough, read our complete guide to auto-clickers on the Corner Chronicle.
Hosting
Host applications are always open and are reviewed as needed. You may submit a new application once every 30 days. See the Become a Host section →
Account & Roblox
Suspected alternate accounts may be removed at the discretion of the host or moderators. If you need to use an alt for a legitimate reason, let the host know beforehand.
Getting Help
Yes! Some of our hosts do accept friend requests to help players join. You can ask a staff member in the server, or send your Roblox profile link through the friend request tool on the Grind Servers page.
You can report a host who has disconnected, or raise any other concern about a grind server, in the 🚨︱report-grind-server-issue channel in our Discord. Staff monitor this channel for server issues, though not every issue can be resolved immediately.

WHAT IS THE HAUNTLET?

The Hauntlet is a Halloween minigame in Adopt Me! that first appeared in the Halloween 2025 event. You queue for it at Patchy's Arcade, then work your way through a haunted run of rooms, picking a door in each one.

Some doors are safer than others, and the riskier ones can be worth more. The deeper you go, the tougher it gets. The goal is to make it through 100 doors before your health runs out, and teaming up with other players makes every run easier.

On this page, the three doors are The AFK Corner's three Hauntlet servers, not the in-game door types. Event details can change between years, so check in-game for this year's rewards.

🎃 HAUNTLET TIPS & TRICKS

Playing Hauntlet in our servers? Here are the strategies players are using for the best chance of making it to the end!

  1. USE CELL ASAP

    Use Cell as soon as possible!

    The game will not allow you to use an item if another player has already used it. You do not risk losing the item.

  2. ROOMS 1–7

    Only one door is unsafe!

    Use Cell and pick the scariest-looking door to get good items early.

    SAVE YOUR KEYS!

  3. ROOMS 8+

    Pick the safest door WITHOUT a red arrow!

  4. STAY TOGETHER

    When the hallway splits into two rooms, stay together as a group.

  5. WATCH OUT FOR SPIDER DEN

    Spider Den will steal your items. Only go there if absolutely necessary.

  6. SAVE YOUR WANDS

    Save your wands for rooms 40 and beyond.

    Only use a wand earlier if you have 1 heart and no healing items.

The AFK Corner ("we," "us," or "our") operates theafkcorner.com, a fan-created community website for Roblox players, primarily focused on Adopt Me. 3. Roblox Login (OAuth)

You may choose to log in to The AFK Corner using your Roblox account through Roblox's official OAuth login system. When you do, we may receive the following information from Roblox, as authorized by you during login:

  • Your Roblox User ID
  • Your Roblox Username
  • Your Roblox Display Name
  • Your Roblox Avatar Image
  • Any other information you explicitly authorize during the Roblox login process

We never receive or store your Roblox password. Roblox login is handled entirely through Roblox's secure authentication system, and your password is never shared with or visible to The AFK Corner.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Browsing the public server board does not require an account.
